Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. yellow squash, sliced thin
    2 c. onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 c. chopped pimientos
    2 c. cider vinegar
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Pour salt over squash and onions.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Stir next five ingredients together until sugar dissolves.
    Add squash mixture and boil five minutes.
    Seal at once.
