World Famous Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 to 4 strips bacon
2 Tbsp. drippings or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can pork and beans
1/3 c. catsup
1 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Cook bacon; set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper in drippings.
Put beans in casserole dish, add remaining ingredients, including onion and pepper, and mix well.
Top with bacon.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
