Surprise Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 clove fresh garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. milk
    4 sticks Swiss cheese
    4 (7-inch) French rolls
    lettuce and red pepper slices for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine beef, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and milk; mix lightly with fork. Divide mixture into fourths.
    Mold meat mixture around Swiss cheese sticks, covering completely.
    Arrange on cookie sheet.
    Bake 15 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
    Heat rolls until crispy. Place burgers in rolls.
    Garnish with lettuce and red peppers. Makes 4 servings.
