Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Set dish in pan of water.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
