Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. sifted flour
egg whites, slightly beaten
chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and yeast.
Blend in flour and chill.
Roll dough by teaspoonfuls into balls and flatten. Dip on one side into egg whites, then into chopped pecans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes until slightly browned.
