Corn And Molasses Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour or multi-grain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 c. thawed frozen corn kernels
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Sift together flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in corn meal.
    Make well in center. Beat together wet ingredients until blended.
    Add corn kernels and cinnamon.
    Stir to combine thoroughly.
    Batter is stiff.
