Fried Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh or ripened bananas
    butter
    cinnamon sugar
Preparation
    This is a delicious way to use up a surplus of fresh or ripened bananas.
    We have them for dessert, as a snack or even for breakfast.
    Cut bananas lengthwise, right through skin.
    Remove skin.
    Fry on each side in a little bit of butter in a Teflon pan until brown and a little crusty.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Delicious!
