Chicken And Tomato Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken meat, diced
2 c. chicken broth (fresh or canned)
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
16 oz. can tomatoes, blenderized
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. string type pasta
Preparation

Bone and dice chicken; set aside.
Saute onion, garlic and celery until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, chicken and salt.
Bring sauce to a boil; reduce heat to simmer, loosely cover and cook for 1 hour.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Pour sauce over pasta, toss and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
