Quick Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1/2 c. hot water
    3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of lite salt (optional)
Preparation
    In a 1-quart casserole dish, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, Butter Buds and hot water.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes in microwave until it boils and thickens.
    Stir.
    Add vanilla, milk and salt.
    Cook another 2 to 3 minutes. Cover dish with waxed paper when cooking. Yields 2 cups sauce.
