Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    8 to 10 hot dogs
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour and salt.
    Add milk, egg and oil.
    Mix well.
    Insert wooden skewers in one end of each hot dog.
    Coat with additional flour; dip into cornmeal mixture.
    Fry a few at a time in deep hot oil, 375\u00b0, until brown.
