Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 can Veg-All
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 medium container sour cream
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts until done.
Cut meat up into bite-size pieces.
In a large bowl, mix the following ingredients together: Veg-All, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and chicken.
Crumble up one sleeve of Ritz crackers and place on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour the chicken mixture over the Ritz crackers.
Crumble up the remaining sleeve of Ritz crackers and put on top of the chicken mixture.
Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
