Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
    2 lb. beef (chuck)
Preparation
    Brown beef that has been cut into cubes in a little vegetable oil and onions.
    Brown slightly.
    Stir in the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika, salt, dry mustard and pepper and 3 cups of water.
    Cover and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
    Thicken and serve over noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
