Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
    Add butter, cheese and eggs to hot spaghetti.
    Form mixture into \"crust\" in 10-inch pie plate.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.
    Set aside.
    Microwave on High crumbled ground beef for 5 minutes; drain all fat.
    Add onion and green pepper to ground beef in bowl; microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce; microwave, covered, on High for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add this mixture to spaghetti crust covered with cheese.
    Microwave 6 to 8 minutes, turning once.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
