Ingredients
    ground beef
    salt
    pepper
    baking powder
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into a large mixing bowl; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Sprinkle small amount of baking powder over meat and mix well.
    Shape into oval patties about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick.
    Fry over medium heat until done, turning once.
