Ingredients

1/3 c. salad oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener (Smoky Mountain)
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine 1 cup water, oil, raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg in saucepan.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine salt, soda and sweetener.
Add 2 tablespoons water.
Stir until dissolved.
Add eggs.
Stir into cool mixture.
Add flour and baking powder.
Mix well, then add nuts, mixing well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
