Bacon Cheddar Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
3 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 loaf party rye bread

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spread a generous amount of mixture on party rye slices.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
If you prefer, you can broil rather than bake.
