J.C.'S Baked Stuffed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 extra large shrimp
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
    3 wedges lemon
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    garlic powder
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Butterfly and leave tails on.
    Crush crackers extra fine (like beach sand) in food processor.
    Melt butter and slowly add to crushed crackers until it becomes stuffing consistency.
    Add lemon juice, wine and dash of garlic powder.
    Mix together.
    Stuff shrimp.
    Stand them around edge of foil pie plates.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with cups of melted butter for dipping.
