Cream Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. cubed chicken
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine butter and flour in pan over medium heat.
Let cook until butter melts.
Add milk and cook until thick.
Add chicken, salt and pepper.
Serve over hot biscuits or rolls.
