Cranberry Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh ground cranberries
    1/2 c. sugar or sugar substitute
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange or lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 orange, diced
    1/2 c. chopped almonds or walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine cranberries and sugar; set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in cranberries, orange and nuts.
    Spoon into 6-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with lettuce.
