Tallerine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
2 lb. ground beef (lean)
2 medium onions
1 c. corn
2 cans tomato soup (not diluted)
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1 lb. New York sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fine noodles
Preparation

Melt shortening in skillet.
Add ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper.
While beef is cooking, add grated onions.
Sear beef until no red shows.
Add soup and corn.
Cook noodles; drain. Mix well with beef.
