Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, minced
    2 shredded carrots
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    pepper
    red pepper
Preparation
    Simmer garlic in skillet with oil. Add all ingredients to large kettle.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 1 hour.
