Cola Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 to 5 lb.) roast
3 Tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) can cola
12 oz. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
-
Combine salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Rub over surface of roast.
Heat oil.
Brown roast on all sides.
Transfer to roasting pan.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Pour over roast.
Cover and roast 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender.
