Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. celery slices
    1/4 c. carrots
    1/8 c. chopped onion
    chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley, bouillon cube and seasoning.
    Mix well. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables.
    Cook until thick and add cheese. Stir until melted.
