5 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sherry *
3/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1 c. heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
