Cream Of Po-Cheesy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon
    1 c. flour
    6 c. milk
    1 tsp. celery seed
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    diced ham to taste
Preparation
    While potatoes and onion are cooking, melt margarine in large Dutch oven.
    Add chicken bouillon.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add flour.
    Slowly add milk (use a wire whisk to dissolve lumps). When potatoes and onions are done, add to milk mixture (water included).
    Add cheese, celery seed and diced ham.
    Stir until cheese is melted and ham heated through.
    Garnish with grated carrots.
