Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oatmeal; cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Cream butter; add sugar.
    Beat well.
    Blend in vanilla, eggs and oatmeal.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Pour in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Frost.
