Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    onion to taste
    10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 c. Ricotta cheese or cottage or 1/2 of each
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. large shells, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except shells) and heat until bubbly. Fill each shell with 1 rounded tablespoonful filling and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish (plus 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch, this extra dish may be frozen to use later).
    Pour 1 quart spaghetti sauce over shells and bake until heated at 350\u00b0, for 30 minutes.
