Seafood Au Gratin Supreme(Charlie Fetter'S Specialty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    12 oz. sea scallops
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. whole milk
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. shredded Jarlsberg Swiss cheese
    12 medium cooked shrimp
    12 oz. cooked crab meat
Preparation
    Brown bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons of butter; reserve.
    Saute mushrooms in 4 tablespoons of butter; reserve.
    Saute onion; blend together flour, milk, salt, mustard and add to onion, heating to boiling while stirring constantly.
    Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup wine.
    Stir in scallops, shrimp, crab and mushrooms.
    Place in large casserole; sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with sauteed bread crumbs. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
