Braised Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cole slaw mix
2 Tbsp. sunflower oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water
several dashes onion powder
Preparation

Heat oil and water in iron skillet until hot.
Add shredded cabbage, sprinkle with onion powder.
Stir often until tender. Chopped celery or bell pepper may be added.
Serve warm. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
