Delmonico Potatoes(Shortcut Way) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 pt. light cream
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    Romano cheese
    plain bread crumbs
Preparation
    In heavy pot place frozen potatoes, cream, 1 stick butter or margarine and salt and pepper.
    Cook on medium heat until thick, approximately 20 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    Place in 9 x 9-inch oven baking dish or casserole.
    Sprinkle with plain bread crumbs and Romano cheese; drizzle 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine on top.
    Bake until brown on top and bubbles up.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
