Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. black beans
    2 qt. water
    4 bouillon cubes
    1/2 lb. piece ham
    1/2 lb. piece lean pork
    1 green pepper
    2 medium onions
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Wash and clean beans and soak overnight.
    Drain and add water, bouillon cubes, ham and pork.
    Heat pepper, onions, celery and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add to soup and cook approximately 4 hours.
    Add lemon juice and parsley.
