It'S-A-Snap Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Knox gelatine and sugar in boiling water, until dissolved.
    With an electric mixer, beat cheese
    into Knox gelatine mixture.
    Pour into crust; chill until firm.
    Top with fruit.
