Crock-Pot Pork Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slab lean pork spareribs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. brown sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce (optional)
    seasonings (I prefer Greek seasoning)
Preparation
    Cut slab in to sections of 2 to 4 rib sections.
    Season to taste.
    I use Greek seasoning.
    Place ribs into crock-pot.
    Mix brown sugar, vinegar and barbecue sauce (optional) to make a thick paste.
    Pour over ribs.
    Cook on high 8 hours or so.
