Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water and salt until done (about 5 minutes).
    Add to grits Cheddar cheese, butter, milk and eggs. Place in greased 2-quart casserole or glass Pyrex dish.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned and set, approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
