Fruity-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. honey or brown sugar
    1 lb. can fruit cocktail or peaches, drained (reserve 1/2 c. syrup)
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Melt margarine in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In paper bag, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Shake chicken a few pieces at a time in flour mixture.
    Dip chicken skin side down in margarine.
    Place in pan, skin side up.
    Combine remaining ingredients except fruit.
    Pour over chicken pieces.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes, basting occasionally with sauce.
    Pour drained fruit over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
    Continue baking until tender (15 to 20 minutes).
