Western Omelet With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. green peppers
    1/3 c. ham
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. onions
    1/3 c. mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Fry onions and peppers until tender. Then add mushrooms, and ham then cook to desired doneness.
    Beat eggs one at a time, and add them to pan.
    Stir mixture, cooking until done.
    Serves 2.
    Preparation time: 1/2 hour.
