Potato Salad(Serves 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced
    2 1/2 lb. celery, coarsely chopped
    40 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
    2 c. onion, minced
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    1 qt. salad dressing
Preparation
    Lightly mix all ingredients.
    Chill for 1 hour to blend flavors.
