Ribbon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. crushed pecans
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant lemon pie filling
    3 c. milk
    yellow or red food coloring
    green food coloring
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Mix flour, crushed pecans, sugar and butter. Put in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
