Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    water
    vinegar
Preparation
    Beat the egg in a cup and finish filling the cup with water and also a little vinegar.
    Makes about 3 double crust pies. Very easy to handle.
    Doesn't crack and can be rerolled.
