Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, mild or hot
3 slices bread, crumbled
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain sausage.
Spread in bottom of 11 x 7 inch dish.
Spread crumbled bread over sausage.
Beat eggs well, add milk.
Pour over bread and sprinkle with cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or until set.
