Carrot Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. packed shredded carrots (about 3 medium-sized carrots)
    1 (8 oz.) can walnuts (2 c.), chopped
    1 c. applesauce
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. In large bowl, with spoon, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In small bowl, with fork, beat eggs slightly; stir in oil and vanilla extract.
    Stir egg mixture, shredded carrots, walnuts and applesauce into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
