Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Brown together the ground beef and butter.
    Add tomato sauce; set aside. Mix together the cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, onion and green pepper.
    Place layer of noodles in greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
    Pour half of the cheese mixture over noodles; alternately add noodles and rest of cheese mixture.
    Add meat and tomato sauce on top.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
