Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
4 Tbsp. flour
4 egg yolks
2 c. milk
juice and rind of 2 lemons
Preparation

Mix lemon juice and rind; add egg yolk, sugar and butter. Then add flour, egg yolks and milk.
Then fold beaten egg whites into batter.
Pour into pie shell.
Makes 2 (8-inch) pies.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
