Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1/4 c. skim Ricotta cheese
3 Tbsp. skim milk
pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel bananas and place in plastic bag.
Freeze at least 6 hours.
Remove from freezer and cut each into 5 or 6 pieces.
In the work bowl or blender, blend/mix banana pieces and remaining ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately.
