Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. dry red kidney beans
3 lb. ground beef
3 qt. tomatoes
3 medium onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. chili powder
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 lb. sausage
Preparation

Wash kidney beans.
Place tomatoes with juice, beans, spices, and bouillon cubes in a large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Brown ground beef and sausage.
Drain.
Add onions, bell pepper, and meat to the pot.
Maintain the boil until the chili is at the desired thickness. The beans will soften when the chili is done.
