Sweet Dough Filled Coffee Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk, heated
1/4 lb. oleo, heated to lukewarm
1 1/2 tsp. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
2 beaten eggs
flour as needed (3 1/2 to 4 c.)
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Add the beaten eggs.
Make sure that it is still lukewarm.
Mix all together.
Add flour as needed to make a nice dough; let rise 1 hour.
Work down.
Butter 3 pie pans; drop dough in.
Let rise again before baking.
Put crumbs on top before baking.
