Diabetic Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low, granulated sugar substitute
2 Tbsp. Butter Buds sprinkles
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium sized bowl, stir together sugar, Sweet 'N Low, margarine, eggs, Butter Buds and vanilla.
In small bowl, stir together dry ingredients and stir into liquid ingredients just until blended.
Spread into pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Cut in 2-inch squares.
