Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped and steamed over 2 c. water (reserve liquid)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk, at room temperature
    3 c. hot chicken broth
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine.
    Add
    onion, celery and carrots; saute for 3 to\t5 minutes.
    Add flour.\tStir and cook for 2 minutes. Slowly add
    liquid from broccoli.\tAdd remaining ingredients. Cook on very low heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
