Hawaiian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. fat free chicken broth
    3/4 c. long grain brown rice
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. canned crushed pineapple (packed in juice), drained
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In medium saucepan bring 1 1/2 cups broth to boil over high heat.
    Add rice.
    Cover and reduce heat to a low setting.
    Let rice bubble gently.
    Cook for 50 minutes and add green pepper and celery, then stir in green onion until hot.
    Then place in serving bowls and serve.
