Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. croutons
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1/2 soup can milk
Preparation

Cook each package of vegetables separately.
Cut cheeses into small cubes.
In a small skillet, melt butter.
Add soup and milk and blend until smooth.
(Do not boil.)
In a glass baking dish (9 x 13-inch) layer: 1 package of vegetables, 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cubes, 1/2 of the sharp Cheddar cheese cubes, 1/2 of the croutons and 1/2 of the soup mixture.
Repeat the layering once more.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
